With over 17 years of experience in nuclear safety, radiation protection, and crisis management—particularly with the United Arab Emirates Nuclear Regulatory Authority and the IAEA—I founded Neptunium Conseil to combine scientific excellence with operational strategy. My expertise covers international projects, from environmental radiological monitoring for nuclear programs to satellite-based Earth observation, as well as risk and crisis management.
Over the years, I have developed a clear and in-depth understanding of the challenges related to nuclear activities, radiation protection, and the environment. Working on complex, often international projects has taught me how to balance scientific rigor, operational requirements, and strategic insight. Today, I help my clients by bringing together strong technical expertise and a comprehensive understanding of risks.
